Do not be alarmed if you have a little hitchhiker on or in your plants! However we of course do our best to make sure they don’t have any of our insect besties hitching a ride into your house!
Our live plant arrival guarantee is VOIDED if temperatures drop below 40°. It is buyers responsibility to check weather when purchasing plants! No refunds will be provided if plant is damaged from cold and heat pack/winter shipping kit has not been purchased

Plants are unique and ever changing. The plant you receive may vary slightly in height/shape from the plant shown in the listing image. 
Plants are very delicate and can show some minimal signs of stress during shipping. Simply cut off the damaged leaves and let your baby grow back beautiful! I have a 1-3 business day processing time. Plants will typically arrive in 2-4 days once shipped.
We love our plants and are so proud of what we do and what we sell! Please expect some leaf damage and/or browning. This is completely normal during shipping! We do have a live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives dead or dies shortly after, please make a claim within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the plant. Outside of the 24-hour claim window I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. I do require return of the plant before initiating any refunds or exchanges.
