—Our live plant arrival guarantee is VOIDED if temperatures drop below 40°. It is buyers responsibility to check weather when purchasing plants! No refunds will be provided if plant is damaged from cold and heat pack/winter shipping kit has not been purchased

Plants are unique and ever changing. The plant you receive may vary slightly in height/shape from the plant shown in the listing image. 
—Plants are very delicate and can show some minimal signs of stress during shipping. Once the plant has left my care I am not responsible for damage during transit or how the shipping carrier handles the package. However I am confident in my packaging and plants will not arrive to you mangled, rotted, with broken stems, etccc. If there is some leaf damage cut off the damaged leaves and let your baby grow back beautiful! I have a 1-3 business day processing time. Plants will typically arrive in 2-4 days once shipped.
